ChaiMetrics
An ML platform for KTDA smallholder tea farmers spanning 240 farms and 15 factories. Yield forecasting runs on gradient-boosted trees and SARIMA time series, while a graph neural network models the farm-factory relational structure directly — treating collection routes and processing dependencies as a graph rather than flattening them into tabular features. An LLM narration layer translates model output into plain-language guidance for farmers with no ML background.

A grocery price comparison agent that lives entirely inside WhatsApp — no app to install. Send a shopping list, get back the cheapest nearby basket across supermarkets, ranked by distance and total cost. Built on a scraping pipeline feeding a location-aware pricing index, designed for a market where WhatsApp is the default interface for almost everything.

A civic accountability platform tracking Nyeri County governance — budgets, NG-CDF allocations, MPs, and the Governor's office. A graph neural network models relationships between officials, projects, and spending; a retrieval-augmented chatbot layer sits on top, answering questions and surfacing proactive briefings from the underlying data.

A tap-to-pay M-Pesa app for Android, built on host card emulation and ECDSA-backed key storage. The app generates a unique cryptographic signature for each transaction, which is verified by the M-Pesa backend to ensure authenticity and prevent fraud.

Mnemosyne is the goddess of memory in Greek mythology, the mother of the nine Muses, the keeper of all that is known and remembered. Mnemosyne uses a graph neural network to model relationships between entities and events, allowing agents to recall relevant information over extended interactions.
